I would assumed that reloading the debit card at the bank is more efficient BUT the cold hard truth is ....
a) Reloading online - NUMBER One choice however, TuneMoney's FPX transfer is under maintenance for a week already
b) Reloading at the banks' counter - will take 1 working day to clear !
c) Reloading at the Post Office - will take IMMEDIATE effect ! (Good ol' Post office :-) )
The time...when the online reloading is down again.... I will always REMEMBER the good ol' Post Office !
